Open 5/4-5/24

9/20 - All orders shipped except 6 waiting on a reprint on the way, or if you have not replied to my email.

7/3 - Webbing arrived to me, hardware is enroute, fabric is in the finishing stages and will ship to me soon.

8/3 - Hardware sorted - a lot of rainbow had to be remade due to flaws and is finishing now to reship.

8/4 - 90% of fabric has arrived. Orders are going to start going out. Please keep in mind it takes several weeks to ship all orders. They ship in no particular order and please be patient as you see others start to get theirs.

8/27 - This round is mostly out. Working on the vinyl orders today through this week. The rest of the hardware arrived fine so the orders that had rainbow are going out also.

I do have some emails to send regarding a few issues and will send those at the end. This can cause you to get tracking, but it not move. I send those out at the very end after I get everything out I can.

I also only do FedEx drop offs Monday or Tuesdays because it is not close to me. If your FedEx and haven’t moved in a week, it will go tomorrow! It’s worth the wait for this if you got FedEx due to the savings in shipping or customs fees

Please do not worry about lost packages or movement until you get an email for a delay/question, we hit TAT, or I state everything should have gone out. I know it’s hard not to worry - but sometimes I have to set stuff to the side and come back to it after making a label. We scan everything ourselves at USPS before putting them in the cages, so if it gets dropped off it’s getting scanned. UPS and FedEx also scan them at drop off for us

If your tracking is changed and you recieved a partial refund it is because it fit in a small flat rate package.
