ORDERING, PRE-ORDERS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

QTY 1 = 1 yard of fabric or 1 panel, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Retail + Pre-Orders: Retail and pre-order items may now be ordered together! If your order contains any pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order is ready. If you need retail items sooner, please place a separate order.

Fabric + Vinyl: Fabric and vinyl may now be ordered together as well. We will roll and package fabric and vinyl together to the best of our ability, depending on what will safely fit together in a vinyl shipping box.

Shipping: Shipping calculated at checkout is an estimate and is usually accurate, but actual shipping costs may be slightly higher or lower once your order is packed. Any shipping overage will be refunded. If additional shipping is due, you will be invoiced for the difference before your order ships.

PRE-ORDER TURNAROUND & REFUNDS

Pre-order sales are final once the round closes. Pre-orders have a maximum turnaround time of 16 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be issued unless the round exceeds the stated maximum turnaround time.

Round updates are posted on the Facebook group wall and/or blog. Customers are responsible for checking these updates. Individual messages or emails requesting updates that have already been posted may be directed back to the current round update.

FABRIC CUTS

Retail fabric may not always be continuous and can occasionally arrive as separate cuts (for example, a 3-yard order could include multiple cuts totaling 3 yards).

Fabric is printed at the full width available for each fabric base. Because these are small-run/custom digitally printed fabrics, imperfections near the selvage are common. Removing imperfect selvage areas can result in approximately 2–4 inches less usable width.

CUSTOM PRINTING & MINOR IMPERFECTIONS

Minor variations are a normal part of custom digital fabric printing and are not considered defects. These may include:

• Slight print alignment differences or curvature, particularly on stretch fabrics
• Approximately ½–2" variation in print alignment
• Slight heathering or graininess, especially in lighter colors
• Occasional tiny white specks caused by lint or fibers during printing
• Minor selvage imperfections
• Small flaws or holes that can be covered by approximately a quarter

These minor printing characteristics are not eligible for discounts or refunds. We still strive to provide the best quality possible, and if you receive something outside normal printing tolerances, please contact us so we can work with you.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Colors shown on screen may differ from the finished fabric. Shades can vary by approximately 10% from digital images or strike-offs due to differences between screens and physical printing.

Colors can also vary from one print batch to another. Different fabric bases absorb and display ink differently, so different fabric types are not guaranteed to match perfectly. For example, minky may vary slightly in color from cotton lycra even when printed with the same design.

Discounts are not provided for normal color variations within approximately 10%. If a print arrives from the printer with a significant unexpected color difference, customers will be notified before it ships.

WATERPROOF CANVAS

Waterproof canvas has a naturally rough texture. Because of this, printing may not appear as crisp as it does on smoother fabric bases, and very fine details or lines—particularly on dark backgrounds—may be less defined.

FLAWS & DISCLOSURES

Any flaws outside our normal minor-flaw tolerance will be disclosed before shipment when identified. Disclosures may be sent by email or posted in the Facebook group. If a response is requested and we do not receive one within 72 hours, the fabric may be shipped as-is.

If you receive a flaw that you genuinely cannot work around, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we are happy to review the issue.

WASHING & CARE

Please follow the washing, drying, and care instructions provided in our Terms and/or the pinned information in the Facebook group. Some fabric bases require special care, particularly delicate fabrics. Damage resulting from washing, drying, or using fabric contrary to the provided care instructions is not the seller's responsibility.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE & PACKAGE PROTECTION

Carrier-provided insurance varies depending on the shipping service selected. Customers are encouraged to select available Route/package protection at checkout for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Once a package has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, KNITorious Fabric is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged while in the carrier's possession. Claims should be filed through the applicable carrier or package-protection provider.
